The NOVA University has three Student Residences: two are located in Lisbon – Alfredo de Sousa Residence and Residence Lumiar, and one in Costa de Caparica – Residence Fraústo da Silva. These residences are intended preferably Portuguese scholarship students and foreign students under mobility programs.

Since the number of places in the residences is limited, there is always the option of using the rental (house or room), or even in cases of shorter periods, at a Youth Hostel in Lisbon. For more information, please see www.pousadasjuventude.pt.

For the preparation of stay of NOVA students, we present an indicative average monthly, as well as prices of some articles of daily consumption, for students to have a notion of cost of living in Portugal.
